The fire high-temperature smoke exhaust axial flow fan is suitable for conveying media with a temperature up to 280°C and dust content not exceeding 100 mg/m³. Under rated speed and airflow conditions, the total pressure efficiency shall not be less than 70%, and the total pressure deviation shall not exceed ±5% of the rated value.

  1. The A-weighted sound pressure level of the fan under rated operating conditions shall not exceed 38 dB(A).

  2. The impeller balance accuracy shall not be lower than Grade 5.6.

  3. The vibration intensity (root mean square velocity) shall not exceed 6.3 mm/s.

  4. The fan shall operate safely for no less than 30 minutes at a temperature of 280°C.

  5. The motor shall use high-temperature resistant electromagnetic wire and heat-resistant materials, reaching Class F insulation.

  6. It adopts a patented induction-type motor cooling system, improving efficiency and reducing noise, in compliance with GB/T13274-91 and GA211-1999 standards.
