Air Outlet Series Products

The product performance and various parameter indicators have exceeded the requirements of the JB/T7228-94 standard. It is widely used in industrial and commercial air conditioning and ventilation systems to regulate and precisely control the air volume in branch ducts, as well as for mixing fresh air and return air.

Volume Control Damper

The volume control damper is a new type of damper developed and manufactured by our company, incorporating the advantages of both foreign and domestic dampers. It features a simple and reasonable structure, low leakage, low friction torque, flexible operation, good blade rigidity, corrosion resistance, and a complete range of models. Its performance and various parameters have exceeded the requirements of the JB/T7228-94 standard. It can be widely used in industrial and commercial air conditioning and ventilation systems to achieve precise air volume control. Application: The opposed-blade multi-leaf volume control damper is generally used in air conditioning and ventilation system ducts to regulate the air volume in branch ducts, as well as for mixing fresh air and return air. The damper is available in manual and electric types. In terms of sealing, it can also be classified into airtight type and ordinary type. The electric type can automatically control and regulate the air volume and can be integrated with automatic control systems.

Smoke Exhaust Damper

1. The smoke exhaust damper is generally installed in the ducts of the smoke exhaust system. It is normally closed. When a fire occurs, the smoke detector sends a fire alarm signal, and the control center energizes the solenoid on the damper to open it quickly. The damper can also be opened manually for smoke exhaust.

2. The damper is opened by an electrical signal of DC24V ± 2.4V.

3. The damper can be opened manually.

4. Manual reset is available.

5. After the damper operates, an open signal is output.

6. The damper can be interlocked with other equipment according to user requirements.

Fire Damper

1. The fire damper is typically installed in ventilation ducts. The damper is normally open, and closes when the air temperature reaches 70°C.

2. When the temperature reaches 70°C, the thermal fuse activates, and the damper closes by the force of a tension spring.

3. Electric closure, manual closure, and manual reset are available.

4. After the damper closes, an electrical signal can be sent to interlock the corresponding fan.

Modular Air Handling Unit (Modular AHU)

1. The ZK series air conditioning unit is an air handling equipment developed by our company based on years of experience in central air conditioning production, incorporating advanced technology from both domestic and international sources. It can perform various functions including air mixing, filtration, cooling, dehumidification, and heating. The unit can meet air conditioning requirements of different capacities, with a wide range of specifications available. The airflow range covers 3,000 to 250,000 m³/h, with an external static pressure up to 2,000 Pa. Customized designs according to engineering requirements are also available. The modular air handling unit adopts a patented high-strength double-chamber anti-thermal-bridge profile design with high-density rigid polyurethane casing panels. The measured heat transfer coefficient is U=1.4W/m²·K, meeting European Standard EN1886:2007 Class T3. High-strength insulation material is used to create a thermal break, ensuring no condensation occurs in high-temperature and high-humidity environments.

2. The double-S seal design is adopted between the unit frame and panels, as well as between panels themselves, increasing air path turns and leak resistance, thereby effectively eliminating air leakage. Tested by the National Air Conditioning Equipment Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, the measured air leakage rate is 0.1%, far below the value specified by Chinese national standards.

3. The surface cooler uses high-quality phosphor-deoxidized copper tubes with aluminum fins. The copper tube ends are formed using a mechanical expansion process with a dedicated stamping die. The aluminum fins are mechanically stamped using a double-louvered process, and mechanical tube expansion ensures tight bonding with the copper tubes. This significantly improves heat transfer efficiency while keeping the surface less prone to dust accumulation and easy to clean, preventing bacteria from growing on the fins.

4. The unit adopts a high-efficiency, low-noise, double-suction, multi-blade centrifugal fan specifically designed for air conditioning, offering high efficiency, low noise, and smooth operation.

5. The built-in functional components of the unit come with quality assurance. Long-term supply cooperation agreements have been established with suppliers to ensure stable product performance.

Vertical Air Conditioning Unit

1. The vertical air conditioning unit casing adopts a patented high-strength double-chamber anti-thermal-bridge profile design with high-density rigid polyurethane insulation panels. The mechanical strength performance meets European Standard EN1886 Class D1. The casing panels and double-chamber aluminum frame are internally filled with high-density rigid polyurethane, providing excellent thermal insulation performance with a heat transfer coefficient meeting European Standard EN1886:2007 Class T3. The double-S seal design at the connection between the casing frame and panels achieves an actual air leakage rate far below the value specified by Chinese national standards, with the overall unit sealing performance reaching European Standard EN1886 Class L1.

Ceiling-Mounted Unit

1. The ceiling-mounted air conditioning unit offers multiple air handling functions including air supply, cooling, heating, humidification, and air purification. It is particularly capable of meeting the requirements of different operating conditions and various installation methods. Our company can also perform various optimized designs according to user requirements and provide variable air volume (VAV) ceiling-mounted air conditioning units featuring soft-start characteristics, stepless speed regulation, fully automatic control, and high efficiency with energy savings.

High Space Heating Unit

Vertical Concealed Fan Coil Unit

1. The vertical concealed fan coil unit has a depth of 220mm and a compact design, making it easy to install inside wall decorative panels and saving space.

2. The surface cooler is made of high-quality copper tubes and aluminum fins, produced on specialized heat exchanger processing equipment imported from OAK (USA). Through mechanical tube expansion, the heat exchange tubes and aluminum fins are tightly bonded, resulting in high heat transfer efficiency.

3. The unit adopts a low-noise three-speed capacitor-run motor equipped with a galvanized or ABS impeller (optional according to customer requirements). After dynamic and static balancing adjustment, it offers attractive appearance, good air supply performance, and low noise, with a service life of more than 15 years. The motor is single-phase 220V, 4-pole, 50Hz, Class B insulation.

4. The vertical concealed fan coil unit can be equipped with an intake air filter screen as required. The filter screen is side-pull type, making removal, cleaning, and replacement convenient.

5. Different control methods can be selected according to customer requirements, including three-speed adjustment or a remote thermostat.

Vertical Exposed Fan Coil Unit

1. The vertical exposed fan coil unit is basically the same in structure as the horizontal exposed fan coil unit. Some components are interchangeable between the two, simplifying the variety of parts and making replacement convenient.

2. The supply and return air outlets of the vertical exposed fan coil unit adopt, for the first time internationally, strong magnetic attraction technology, making assembly and maintenance extremely easy.

3. The air outlet filter screen adopts a high-temperature bonding process and a modular assembled design, making assembly and replacement convenient.

4. The vertical exposed fan coil unit with top air discharge adopts a new slide-rail side panel design on both sides. The side pull-out panel can be flexibly withdrawn, making user connection and maintenance more convenient and efficient.
